Dr. Paul McManamon, President of International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE) and Director of U.S. Airforce Laboratory and Prof. Gao Wei, Chairman of Remote-Control Committee under SPIE and Professor of Colorado State University, U.S., paid a visit to OUC on September 30th, 2006. Dr. Wu Dexing, President of OUC, and Dr. Dong Shuanglin, Vice President of OUC, met with the visiting guests in the Reception Room of the Administration Building on Yushan Campus. OUC leaders introduced some joint education programs for high-level professionals and major research projects between OUC and some overseas research institutions.
