On September 18th, 2006, Dr. Wu Dexing, President of OUC, met with Dr. Shi Jiuxin, a professor with College of Physical and Environmental Oceanography, Dr. Jiao Yutian, Senior Engineer, and other members of the scientific expedition team back from the North Pole.
